Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited has announced key changes to its Board and Board Committees following the retirement of Mr Tay Kah Chye as Independent Chairman. Mr Chia Soon Hin William will take over as the Chairman, with shifts in responsibilities for Mr Yip Mun Foong James, who will chair the Audit and Risk Committee, and Mr Koh Kew Siong Douglas, who will chair the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
