Asiaray Media Group Ltd. has amended the terms of reference for its audit committee to enhance financial reporting, internal control, and external auditor engagement. The committee, consisting of at least three non-executive directors with a majority being independent, ensures transparency and compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules. Meetings are to be held at least twice a year, with the committee maintaining the authority to call additional meetings as necessary.
