Asiaray Media Group Ltd. has announced the granting of 1,974,127 shares, which is about 0.41% of the total shares in issue, to certain employees and consultants under its Share Award Scheme. These shares, granted at no cost to the recipients, are a part of their compensation packages and serve as recognition for past services. Except for the shares awarded to consultants, all shares vested immediately, despite the new Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules allowing a minimum vesting period of 12 months.
