AsiaPhos Limited Settles Arbitration Dispute

AsiaPhos Limited (SG:5WV) has released an update.

AsiaPhos Limited has reached a settlement agreement with the Chinese Government, agreeing to pay approximately S$1.54 million to fully settle a legal cost award from an international arbitration dispute. This agreement also includes a mutual release of claims up to the date of the agreement, ending long-standing legal proceedings. The settlement follows the Swiss Supreme Court’s decision to reject the Group’s appeal and impose an additional compensation payment to China.
