AsiaPhos Limited has announced the results of its renounceable non-underwritten Rights Issue, with 86.9% of available Rights Shares subscribed, amounting to 448,102,522 shares. The subscription included significant participation from Undertaking Shareholders and their Connected Parties, who now hold a combined 28.2% shareholding in the company.
