AsiaPhos Limited has announced the successful issuance and allotment of 448,102,522 new ordinary shares, significantly increasing their total issued shares to 1,479,627,207. These shares are slated to be listed and commence trading on the SGX-ST’s Catalist on July 22, 2024. Shareholders now have the option to trade odd lots of shares on the SGX-ST’s Unit Share Market, although the liquidity of such trades is not guaranteed.
