AsiaPhos Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and Board Committees after its Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2024, including the appointment of Mr. Ong Eng Keong as the new CEO and the re-designation of Mr. Goh Yeow Tin as Non-Independent Chairman. The reshuffle follows the retirement of two key figures, Dr. Ong Hian Eng and Mr. Francis Lee Fook Wah, who have been acknowledged for their contributions to the company.
