AsiaMedic Limited has provided an update on the establishment of a new medical diagnostics imaging center in Novena, Singapore, a joint venture between its subsidiary, AMC Healthcare Pte. Ltd., and Sunway Equity Holdings Pte. Ltd. The collaboration has progressed with the signing of a lease agreement and the equal sharing of ownership and directorship between the two companies. Additional share subscriptions are planned as part of the agreement to further cement the partnership.
