Asia Television Holdings Limited announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on July 26, 2024, where most resolutions were passed by shareholders with a significant majority, except for the re-elections of certain executive and independent non-executive Directors which were not approved. Key resolutions included the approval of the audited financial statements and reports, the authorization for the board to fix Directors’ remuneration, the re-appointment of the auditors, and the approval of mandates to allot and repurchase company shares.
