Asia Television Holdings Limited has announced the grant of 99.2 million share options to select individuals at the exercise price of HK$0.203 per share, under its 2016 Share Option Scheme. These options can be exercised from July 22, 2024, to July 21, 2027, with no performance targets required for eligibility. Notably, two executive directors, Mr. Leong Wei Ping and Ms. Tang PoYi, were granted 19.84 million options combined.
