Asia Television Holdings Limited, a Cayman Islands-based company, has announced the immediate termination of its convertible bonds subscription agreement. No further obligations or liabilities will arise from the terminated agreement for either the subscriber or the company. The company’s executive director, Tang Po Yi, confirmed the termination by order of the Board.
