Asia Television Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Li Yang as an executive director, effective from July 29, 2024. Alongside him, Ms. Tang Po Yi has also been appointed as an executive director and the company’s authorized representative. Mr. Li Yang brings over two decades of experience in investment and business management, holding various senior positions in several public companies across industries including internet and information technology.
