Asia Standard Hotel Group Limited has renewed a lease for their office premises on the 29th floor of YF Life Tower in Wanchai, Hong Kong, with the lease set for one year starting from August 2024. The transaction is between ASHMSL, a subsidiary of the company, and TCL, a subsidiary of ASI, which is a major shareholder of the Group.
