Asia Standard International Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Asia Standard International Group (HK:0129) has released an update.

Asia Standard International Group has appointed Ms. Poon Tsing, Rachel as a non-executive director, effective December 31, 2024. Ms. Poon, who has a background in political science and business management, previously worked with the company and founded a beauty group in Singapore. Her appointment aims to strengthen the board, although the company plans to meet regulatory requirements for independent directors soon.
