Asia Standard Hotel Group Limited has announced a change of date for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), now rescheduled to September 4, 2024, due to administrative reasons. Additionally, the book closure period for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at the AGM has been set from August 30 to September 4, 2024. Shareholders must lodge share transfers by August 29 to be eligible to attend and vote at the rescheduled AGM.
