Asia Pile Holdings’ Vietnamese unit Phan Vu Investment Corporation will raise its stake in Thu Duc Long An Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company from 45.9% to 52.2%, converting the Vietnamese concrete products maker from an equity-method affiliate into a consolidated subsidiary.
