Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited has announced a joint venture with EMG Unipessoal, LDA, to develop a mixed-use project on state land in Oecusse, Timor-Leste. The new joint venture company, One Belt One Net LDA, will be formed with a starting capital of USD5 million, with Asia-Pacific Strategic holding 95% and EMG owning 5%. Asia-Pacific Strategic will also provide EMG with a loan to fund its initial investment, ensuring the project’s commencement.
