Asia Energy Logistics Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Jizhuo as an executive Director, effective from 13 September 2024. Mr. Wang brings extensive experience from his leadership roles in the cultural tourism and real estate sectors within the PRC. His appointment follows a service agreement for an initial term of three years and includes responsibilities such as project pre-development and coordination with government authorities.
