Asia Energy Logistics Group Limited (HK:0351) has released an update.

Asia Energy Logistics Group Limited has successfully completed a significant disposal transaction involving the transfer of a vessel, ceasing its status as an asset of the group. The deal, which was approved in a general meeting on 5th July 2024, was finalized on 20th August 2024 when the vessel’s title and ownership were transferred to the purchaser.
