Ashtead Group plc has announced its final dividend to be 89.25 US cents per share, with a sterling conversion rate of 67.82 pence per share based on the exchange rate of 1.3160 GBP/USD. Shareholders had until August 23, 2024, to elect to receive the dividend in USD, with the dividend set to be paid on September 10, 2024, to those registered by August 9, 2024. The final approval for the dividend payment will be decided at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 4, 2024.
