Lindsley Ruth is retiring from Ashtead Group plc’s Board of Directors, not seeking re-election, and will step down after the Company’s Annual General Meeting on September 4, 2024. The chair of the company, Paul Walker, acknowledged Ruth’s significant contribution to Ashtead’s period of sustained growth and wished him well. Ashtead is recognized for its strong foundations, leadership, and strategic plan, attributes Ruth valued during his tenure.
