Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc has issued 330,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 280.00 pence each, a premium to the current net asset value. This issuance expands the company’s issued share capital to 159,657,397 shares with voting rights. The shares were made available through the company’s block listing facility.
