Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc has successfully matched and sold all 358,340 Ordinary Shares that were submitted for redemption on September 30, 2024, at a price of 287.01 pence per share. Shareholders who participated in the redemption will receive their payments around October 14, 2024. The company’s share redemption process was detailed in the Share Issuance Programme prospectus released earlier in April 2024.
