Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc has announced the issuance of 100,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 289.50 pence each, a premium to their current net asset value. This move increases the company’s issued share capital to 160,982,397 ordinary shares, all with voting rights. Shareholders can use this new total to assess their percentage holdings and any notification requirements under financial regulations.
