Ashmore Group PLC has announced that Helen Beck will depart from her position as Non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at the end of May 2024, following the completion of her three-year term. The company expressed gratitude for Beck’s substantial contributions and has commenced the search for her successor, with plans to announce the new appointee in due course.
