J. Robison Hays, III, the Senior Managing Director and CEO of Ashford Inc. and Ashford Hospitality Trust, has announced his decision to step down from his roles across the company and its subsidiaries, effective June 30, 2024. Following his departure, Stephen Zsigray will take over as President and CEO of Ashford Trust. Meanwhile, no successor has been named for Hays’ position as Senior Managing Director at Ashford Inc.
