CapitaLand Investment’s lodging business unit, The Ascott Limited, has partnered with SG Enable to improve disability inclusion and establish new accessibility standards in the hospitality sector. The collaboration, a first in Singapore’s hospitality industry, aims to enhance guest experiences and promote workforce diversity through initiatives and training at Ascott’s Centre for Excellence. This partnership will culminate in the creation of a global playbook in 2025 to guide Ascott’s disability inclusion efforts worldwide.
