Ascot Resources Ltd. has upsized its public offering to C$29 million due to strong investor demand, which includes Flow-Through Units and HD Units with common shares and warrants. Proceeds will fund Canadian development expenses and the advancement of the Premier Gold Mine, with the offering expected to close by July 25, 2024.
