Ascot Resources Ltd. has successfully negotiated an extension of waiver arrangements with its Secured Creditors until October 31, 2024. This extension allows the company to proceed with discussions about mine development and future operations. Ascot, known for operating the Premier Gold Mine in northwestern British Columbia, continues to work closely with its creditors to address pre-existing and potential future defaults.
