Ascot Resources Ltd. has successfully closed the final segment of a C$5.0 million private placement, aimed at funding their 2024 exploration program at the Premier Gold Project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. The placement included over 6 million flow-through shares, with the recent tranche adding C$4 million to the company’s exploration budget. These funds are earmarked for Canadian exploration expenses which will be renounced to the purchasers, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax incentives.
