Ascot Resources Ltd. announced a change to its Board of Directors, with Don Njegovan resigning to focus on his role at Osisko Mining Inc. and the current President and CEO, Derek White, to take over as Director from May 9, 2024. The company expressed gratitude for Njegovan’s contributions over the past six years and remains focused on the Premier Gold Mine, which is expected to reach commercial production in Q3 of 2024.
