Ascential PLC has announced a block listing application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for over 3.3 million shares, set to facilitate the execution of various share plans upon the expected court-sanctioned acquisition by Informa PLC. The shares, scheduled to be admitted on 7 October 2024, will rank equally with existing shares and are part of the arrangement for Informa PLC to acquire Ascential’s issued share capital.
