Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 100,030 of its own Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 344.00 to 347.00 GBp per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. This action will reduce the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, with the remaining shares totaling 203,762,582, all of which carry voting rights. This buyback forms part of a program initially announced on 4 April 2024 and is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its capital effectively.
