Ascentage Pharma Group International has successfully closed the issuance of new shares under the general mandate, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$75 million. The transaction led to the allotment of over 24 million shares to Takeday International, adjusting the company’s shareholding structure. The remaining shares under the general mandate available for issue amount to over 33 million.
