Ascentage Pharma Announces Director Resignation and Board Changes

Ascentage Pharma Group International (HK:6855) has released an update.

Ascentage Pharma Group International has announced the resignation of Dr. Yin Zheng as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit Committee, effective June 7, 2024. Dr. Yin’s departure, due to his desire to focus on other business commitments, comes with no disagreement with the Board, which has expressed gratitude for his contributions. Concurrently, the company disclosed changes to its Board committees, appointing Mr. Ren Wei and Mr. Ye Changqing to new roles within these committees.
