Ascent Resources PLC has reported a significant change in ownership, with Mark Horrocks & Family Interests now holding 6.24% of the company’s voting rights following a recent acquisition. The total number of voting rights attached to shares has increased from 8,921,600 to 14,856,400. This disclosure was officially made to the company and the Financial Conduct Authority on June 5th, 2024.
