Asante, Inc. has completed its treasury share acquisition through a tender offer, resulting in a change of major shareholders, including the largest shareholder, effective from October 11, 2024. The offer, which ran from August 21 to September 18, 2024, was priced at 1,532 yen per share. Settlement will be conducted in cash by Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd., with the settlement process beginning on October 11, 2024.
