Asante Gold Shareholders Approve Board and Auditors

Asante Gold (TSE:ASE) has released an update.

Asante Gold Corporation successfully conducted its annual general meeting, with approximately 65% of outstanding shares represented. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved all management proposals, including the election of nine directors and the appointment of auditors, with each resolution receiving between 96.35% to 99.91% support.
