Asante Gold (TSE:ASE) has released an update.
Asante Gold Corporation is on track to boost production at the Bibiani Gold Mine, aiming for over 250,000 ounces yearly and 1.2 million ounces over five years, thanks to a new Sulphide Recovery Plant expected to arrive in August 2024. This plant is anticipated to significantly increase gold recovery rates from 70% to 92%, thereby enhancing profitability and reducing overall costs. With 50% of the plant’s civil works completed and equipment ready for shipment, Asante expects to produce around 20,000 ounces of gold monthly, aligning with its strategic mine plan.
