Aruma Resources Limited ( (AU:AAJ) ) has shared an update.
Aruma Resources has completed the acquisition of the Tillex Copper-Silver Project in Ontario’s Tier-1 Timmins mining district, securing full ownership of four patented claims that host a substantially drill-defined, high-grade copper sulphide system with strong silver credits. Historical diamond drilling reported broad, shallow intercepts of high-grade copper and silver, extensive EM work has outlined two major conductors, and Aruma has already started a maiden drilling program to grow the mineralised footprint along strike and at depth.
The company also advanced its Australian portfolio, with sampling at the Wilan Project in South Australia confirming valuable heavy mineral sands assemblages rich in zircon, rutile and ilmenite, and new results at the Saltwater Project in the Pilbara expanding the mineralised footprint at key targets. On the corporate front, Aruma divested its non-core Melrose Project and completed settlement of the second tranche of a $3.515 million placement, leaving a quarter-end cash balance of $1.896 million to fund ongoing targeted exploration across its core copper, silver and mineral sands projects.
