Mark Hunter, Chair Non-Executive Director of Artisanal Spirits Company plc, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 124,260 shares at 38.5 pence each, now holding a 2.2% interest. ASC, owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society and other brands, is focused on selling premium, limited-edition whiskies globally, with a significant e-commerce presence and £23.5 million in last year’s revenue. The company’s growth is supported by a direct-to-consumer model and expansion into key markets, including the USA and China.
