Artini Holdings Limited has entered into an agreement to conditionally place 220 million new shares at a discounted price of HK$0.270 each, which may result in gross proceeds of HK$59.4 million, assuming the listing conditions are met. The shares represent almost 20% of the existing share capital and a 16.62% stake post-placement. Investors are cautioned that the placement is subject to certain conditions and may not proceed as planned.
