artience Co. Announces Major Share Buyback Plan

artience (JP:4634) has released an update.

artience Co., Ltd. plans to acquire up to 4.5 million of its own shares, aiming to boost shareholder returns and enhance corporate value in line with its Medium-Term Management Plan, which targets a 10% return on equity by 2029. The buyback, which will cost a maximum of 10 billion yen, will take place in the market and is scheduled between August 13, 2024, and August 12, 2025.
