ArtGo Holdings Ltd. (HK:3313) has released an update.

ArtGo Holdings Limited has successfully completed the placement of new shares under its general mandate on September 27, 2024, raising approximately HK$22.19 million in net proceeds. The placement involved the issuance of 197,500,000 shares, representing about 16.67% of the company’s issued share capital post-placement, to a minimum of six independent third-party placees. The funds are earmarked for general working capital and repayment of the group’s current debts.
