ArtGo Holdings Limited has announced significant leadership changes, including the appointment of Mr. Tsai Yu Shen as the new executive Director and Joint-chairman, effective from September 30, 2024. Mr. Tsai brings over a decade of financial management and investment experience, and he will be eligible for re-election at the first annual general meeting following his appointment. Additionally, changes have been made to the composition of the Board’s committees, with Ms. Wu Jing being re-designated as Joint-chairman.
