Artemis Resources ( (AU:ARV) ) has provided an announcement.
Artemis Resources Limited will cancel the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on London’s AIM market on 13 February 2026, consolidating trading exclusively on its primary listing, the Australian Securities Exchange. The board cites high costs, additional regulatory and management burdens, challenging UK capital-raising conditions and low AIM trading liquidity as reasons for the move, and argues that shareholders will not be materially disadvantaged because the stock will continue to trade on the ASX. The company will terminate its Depositary Interest facility shortly after delisting, automatically transferring remaining DI holdings on a one-for-one basis to the Australian share register, although UK investors will lose the protections associated with AIM rules and must arrange ASX-capable brokerage to trade their shares in future.
