The company initially raised $4.75 million through the issuance of shares and has since received further orders for additional shares. A reconciliation identified a discrepancy of 32,980,246 shares, which will be admitted to trading on AIM along with the additional shares. The total number of shares in issue will be 3,770,922,165, which shareholders can use to calculate their voting rights.
