Arta TechFin Corporation Limited is set to issue over 2.4 billion new shares following the conversion of a HK$40 million loan from its controlling shareholder, Radiant Alliance. This move will increase the company’s issued share capital by approximately 11.5%, while a separate share transfer agreement is in place to ensure compliance with public float requirements.
