Arta TechFin Secures Multi-Year Concord Contract

Arta TechFin Corporation Limited (HK:0279) has released an update.

Arta TechFin Corporation Limited’s subsidiary, Arta Asset Management, has secured a three-year deal to provide investment management services to Concord. The contract, which includes a management fee based on Concord’s investment portfolio value or a minimum amount, also allows for termination under specific conditions. The terms, including a service fee cap of HK$2,000,000, were negotiated at arm’s length with consideration for the investment portfolio’s size and anticipated returns.
