Arrow Minerals Limited ( (AU:AMD) ) just unveiled an update.
Arrow Minerals has agreed to acquire an 80% interest in the Yarraloola Copper Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara, adding a historical high-grade copper mine and volcanogenic massive sulphide-style mineralisation to its portfolio. The project, which has seen little modern exploration since WMC’s work in the 1970s, includes historical drilling with copper, silver, lead and zinc intercepts, plus recent surface sampling that identified gold and silver mineralisation.
Vendor Skryne Hill, owned by Newexco founders Adrian Black and Bill Amann, will retain a 20% free-carried interest to a decision to mine, bringing recognised geophysical expertise to the joint venture. New priority drill targets at the Ava and Fraser prospects, supported by coincident magnetic and gravity anomalies, along with the Mr Thomas target, position Yarraloola for an extensive drilling campaign in 2026 that could materially enhance Arrow’s copper and gold resource potential in the highly prospective Pilbara region.
